In our area, nearly 20% of all children ages 6-17 play youth Baseball & Softball, and youth Baseball & Softball organizations are the most abundant sports programs in Western New York. While these facts are promising, participation declines significantly as players age.

What are the summit’s goals?

The WNY Youth Baseball & Softball Summit seeks to bring together youth baseball organizations to accomplish three objectives: 

• Discuss challenges and opportunities for collaboration that will improve participation in youth Baseball & Softball. 

• Introduce the free resources available to all Baseball & Softball organizations through the generosity of the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation.

Who should attend on behalf of your organization?

The president or a member of the board of directors should attend the event. Up to three members of your organization can attend. Simply for attending we will give one member of your organization a $50 Amazon Gift Card. 

When is the Summit?

We will be holding this event on Saturday, November 4th from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm at the Lexus Club at the KeyBank Center.

All Organizations who register by October 22nd and attend will receive a $100 Honorarium.
