Partners
Cornerstone was created through a partnership between organizations that share the same values and have a commitment to elevating the youth sport experience in the Western New York area. Elevating the youth sport experience will help create a platform for happier kids, healthier families, and stronger communities throughout western New York.
Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation
In the places most beloved by Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., there are pivotal moments demanding immediate action, promises that require the right support to be kept, and individuals and organizations that are already responding to remaining challenges.
We support that good work by responding with investments channeled through our four core funding areas. Within each, we leverage good work already underway in Western New York and Southeast Michigan, collaborating with organizations, communities and one another to disrupt the cycle of need immediately—and lay the groundwork for change that lasts.
Project Play WNY
Project Play Western New York envisions a community in which all children have the opportunity to be active through sports regardless of zip code.
Every child—regardless of location, income or ability—should have access to fun and fulfilling physical activities that build confidence and set them on a path for lifelong success. A quality youth sports experience can build happier children, healthier families and stronger communities.
